Introduction

In making use of the web site you agree to abide by any and all of the following terms and conditions governing use of the web site.

Registration

Where the web site requires that you register in order to use it, you are obliged to provide accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to update and maintain any changes to that information (including your e-mail address) by altering your details as appropriate.

E-mail Policy

Where appropriate we will endeavour to respond to e-mails with 2 days of receipt, but we cannot and do not guarantee to respond to e-mails. An e-mail sent to the incorrect destination is liable to be deleted immediately and if you are unsure of the correct destination for your e-mail please contact info@underwearunlimited.co.uk.

Liabilities

You agree that we have no control over third party content and information which can be accessed using the web site and that we do not examine or edit the use to which you or others put the web site or the nature of the content or information being accessed and that we are excluded from all liability of any kind arising from such content or information.

We reserve the right to remove any information/material we deem to be in breach of any of these terms without notice, and without prejudice to any other accrued rights, and/or to make available such information/material when required to do so by law or when requested to do so by regulatory bodies or law enforcement organisations.

We provide the web site on an "as is" basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind as to the web site or the content. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the content published on the web site. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to any part of the web site. Due to our policy of updating and improving the web site, it may therefore be necessary to change these terms.

Products

All products are subject to availability and will be supplied in either our own packaging or branded packaging from the suppliers. Not all items shown on the website are immediately in stock however we will try to ensure that all products make their way to you within reasonable time.

We reserve the right to edit, change or delete any products or information contained on the website at any time.

Orders

All orders will be typically processed the same or next day and sent for shipment as soon as possible. Any order received after 12:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Occasionally there will be days when the offices will be closed and orders will be processed at the next available time. A fall list of closed days can be provided for by emailing info@underwearunlimited.co.uk. All orders will be treated as an offer of purchase until actively accepted by Brand Avenue Ltd at the time of processing. 

Data Protection

Brand Avenue Ltd will only use any personal data collected during your use of this web site in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. Contact if you wish to enquire about our privacy policy.

Return Policies

All underwear products may be returned according to your legal rights. 

Underwear Unlimited accepts returns within 14 days subject to the items being in their original packaging unopened and in a resell-able condition.

We regret that due to hygiene reasons any underwear products that have been opened will not be accepted for a refund, despite not being tried on.

Any products that arrive due to an error on our behalf will be accepted and refunded accordingly

To return items please email returns@underwearunlimited.co.uk we will then send you information on how to proceed. Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect them to make sure their meet the criteria and will refund the necessary monies.

We advise you to return items using recorded delivery as we will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged on route.
