Delivery Times

Your product will be dispatched same or next working day. On the rare occasions that this is not possible you will be contacted and given the choice to have your order cancelled and refunded. 

Delivery Costs

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. At check out you will be given the varying options and costs. Occasionally Underwear Unlimited will offer free deliveries over certain values and on certain items, these are to be treated as temporary promotions only.

UK Delivery Costs

For orders less than £35

2nd Class - £2.00

1st Class - £3.00

For orders £35 or more

2nd Class - FREE

1st Class - £3.00

We currently do not opperate a Special Delivery or Courier Service - The aim is to implement one by end of 2012.

European & Rest of World Deliveries

International deliveries are dependant on the weight of an order and will be calculated at check out prior to making your purchase.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the Royal Mail will leave you a card. Please then arrange with them a suitable alternative time. If products are returned to us because of continued non-delivery we will cancel your order and you will be charged for delivery.
